My James McDevitt was born abt 1812. He married in Convoy and lived at Castletorris, one of the townlands . He died there and I had assumed that he was born there. When I got his marriage certificate it says that his residence at time of marriage in 1862 was "Hilhead Parish of Convoy". I cannot find a Hilhead in or near Convoy. Can anyone help me? Could it be the name of a homestead? Or something else?? Any ideas..anyone??? ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to IRL-CO-DONEGAL-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros.
