PS: Just to confuse matters, Mitchell's and the Clare Library site show Clonrush parish as the easternmost parish in Clare, and my Irish atlas shows the village of Whitegate in Clare, so Seanruad must be using the earlier boundary line between Clare and Galway. Diane </HTML>
