Sharon, mailing lists I admit I do not understand well, at least not as well as I understood the old lists. Messages that bounce to admin show a couple of telling things: 1. If over 40KB the message bounces to admin for approval. 2. But it does no good to approve such a message because everything after 40KB shows up as garbage, you know, XXXXXXXXX endlesly. I haven't seen RW lower the setting to 30KB, BUT up to 40KB the admin CAN limit the length of a message to 10, 20, 30, 40, etc. which is independent from the default set by staff.
