Were there no possible siblings born to anyone with the same name as the father? Hi Christina There were 5 children born to a Patrick Lynch from 1830 to 1844 from the St Senan's PR's, all with different mother's names, but 2 Patrick's born to 1. Patrick b 1830 Patrick & Mary McInerney with Daniel & Biddy Spellacy as sponsors. 2. Patrick b 1836 Patrick & Mary Donohoo with Stephen Baland and Mary Meakin as sponsors. No actual town or townland shown. 3. Mary 1842 to Patrick & Bridget Lynch nee Haneeven with John Casey & Mary O'Shea as sponsors. Monmore 4. Biddy 1844 to Patrick & Biddy Lynch nee Green with Mary Corry as sponsor. Monmore. 5. Mary 1830 to Patrick & Honr Lynch nee Enright with John Callihan & Honr O'Dea as sponsors. No place shown. My gg grandfather John b 1827 had a daughter, named Deborah Jane and I have a feeling but not able to prove it that the Deborah Lynch [b about 1803 to Michael Lynch and Bridget Moran?] who lived at The Glen, Kilrush, may have been sister to Patrick Lynch born about 1800, John's father, as Deborah was not a common name in the Kilrush area. Deborah Lynch b abt 1803 married Patrick Dundon 1823. Bridget came to Victoria, Australia in 1857 with her sons after her husband Patrick died. I have been in touch with descendants of the Dundon/an's and like me cannot prove the connection. One day I'll find the connection :-} or find John's mother and sibling's names. Cheers Joan ******************************** Were there no possible siblings born to anyone with the same name as the father?
