    3. Hi Christina, I never clicked on an email like that but when I went to check a separate email account I have (not this one) I had loads of these that had 'failed to send' from MY inbox!! Does that mean someone has got into my account and is sending people these spam messages from my account even though I never clicked on anything? What do I do to stop them having access? Is it as simple as changing my password or will I need to shut down the email account? I've never had this happen before so I have no idea what to do!
