Peter, Thanks very much for your reply. You might recall that we corresponded on this query back in January when I suspected that the McGrath family came from Kilrush. This now seems unlikely. I have used the Ancestry records and the PROV images of the originals. These included the records for Bridget (The Admiral, 14/5/58) and Jane (The Lady Elgin, 29/3/52). I could not find any records for John, Patrick or Susan) Bridget and Jane's place of origin was only given as Clare. You went to considerable trouble for me in January but concluded with "Good luck. It's one of a very few that's had me stumped". I'm afraid that I am still stumped as well. Thanks again, Tony. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, On 16/03/2013, at 11:59 AM, Peter R Booth <pbo08596@bigpond.net.au> wrote: > Tony, > > When you say shipping records are you talking about transcribed indexes > or images of original shipping lists?
