I managed to get in with no problem also. Although their system seems to be rather clunky. When a search should five pages, only one would open and records are limited. Example are the passenger lists. Sounds great but only one year (1890) is listed. Better to go to the Immigrant Transcribers Guild for hundreds of passenger lists. This Wednesday at 9.00p.m. BBC1 T.V. begins a new series of: "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE": Barbara Windsor's of East Enders and Carry On Fame suspicion that she's an East End Londoner through and through are correct when she goes back through the generations of her family.
