Mr. Whitty, who had the Police and Military called out, the former under the command of Lieutenant Carey, and the latter of Captain Cooper, a riot between the Flanagan's and the Cleary's was prevented, at the fair of Ennistymon, on Tuesday. The fight had partially commenced when the police came up and seperated the patries, securing several weapons. The Rev. Mr. Whitty and one of the police were struck by stones, thrown thrown by one party at their opponents. The cause of the quarrell was ....
