The prosecutrix in this case (Ellen O'Neil) was an old woman about 80 years of age; she stated when sworn that she was only 50. She failed to identify the prisoner, as did her daughter Mary O'Neil, who, to appearance, was about 50 years of age; but stated she was only 30 years. Not guilty.
