I find that hard to believe that Holliston doesn't have a death record, specially at that late date. Have you contacted the town of Holliston, or only the State? I would call them on the phone at Town Hall and ask to speak with the Town Clerk. They may be able to verify that they have it and maybe even give some details over the phone. If so, you can order a full unabridged certificate by mail and they probably will charge $5 like most other Mass. towns. If they don't have it, ask why that might be. It could be you have the wrong place of death. Try surrounding towns. Len
