I have just uploaded the Encumbered Estates of: William Vesey Fitzgerald HICKMAN, Esq - Lot 3 (Gortleavan, Cappahard) - Lot 4 (Gaurus) - Lot 5 & 6 (Knockanoura & Ballymacalla) The sale was in 1853. (The Encumbered Estates Act of 1848 and 1849 allowed for the sale of Estates which were burdened with debt. There was no protection for the tenants.) These are not full of names.
