Larry,       I just GOOGLED English census records and found data for my family.  The census started, I think 1841.  I was able to track them to 1911, but could have continued.  My g g grandfather was a coach maker.  I felt that since he expired and his son continued on but had moved.  With automobiles coming soon into the picture, figured those ancestors who were wheel wrights and carriage makers may have change occupations.  So many with same name made it kinda difficult to track.  Will do it someday when I have the time.       However, they are free and on line.
