    3. Any hints or links to these families will be very much appreciated. Bridget Ryan was born somewhere in Clare about 1839 to Patrick Ryan and Ellen Martin. Bridget came to Victoria where she married Samuel Platt in 1860 and had nine children including Samuel Platt Jnr b1863. James Sullivan married Mary O'Brien in 1864 at Miltown Malbay, where they had 10 children. The eldest daughter Bridget Sullivan b1866 migrated to Victoria where she married the above Samuel Platt Jnr. I have most of the Australian descendants of the above, but would appreciate any help with Clare origins or siblings that stayed in Ireland. Peter in Sydney

    3. Larry, Thanks for that. What data I have must be taken from the same book. I was just looking at Ballard Rd, Milltown Malbay. I had found James and Mary in 1901 census at that address with some of their children. But they look to die before 1911. I was kind of hoping that I might find some current day descendants, or some records that would get me back to the origins of James & Mary. Peter
