Peter, There was also a Pat Sullivan, aged 25 years, RC, labourer, from Clare who arrived in Sydney on the "Devon" on 23 March 1881. Have you looked at Victorian immigration? There are heaps pf Patrick, Pat and P. Sullivans arriving, but unfortunately I can't access them from home to see where they were coming from. There is also a P Sullivan, 29 years, arriving in Sydney from Victoria in March 1884 on "Sorata", but again I can't access this at the moment.
