    3. >> Think they've finally solved the mystery. I am confident that Mike was right. However, I submitted it to the Cavan Library to see if the cemetery in Derver/Dervor can be considered an Old Cemetery... and to see if they might have a copy of the journal article. If they do, finding the decedent Mr. Henry MULVANY in the transcription of headstones would lock the identification. >> The funeral was attended by many of the neighbouring Priests, and a large number of the laity of all ____. The >> deceased was in his 72nd year. Kay, In looking closely at the article last night, I took the scan an "lightened it" with software... that is, I removed much of the noise that is attendant upon the original scanned text sent to me by you. While it was not 100% conclusive with respect to Do_ver/Dower/De_ver, it did help me fill in the above missing word... it should read "laity of all CLASSES." Again, this word was slightly mis-struck, and in the original impossible to read. It was only clear after some work. Hopefully we will get a final call on Dervor/Derver and you can post a fully corrected copy of the article. Keep up the really great work Kay. I truly believe that one day I will read one of your articles and come face to face with my gg-grandparents George and/or Mary Anderson. Thanks. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
