Happy to see the name McGorry show up on the roll call. First time ever, I think. My grandmother, Susan McGORRY (MAGORRY) was born about 1873 in Cavan Ireland. Have never been able to pinpoint the town, nor get a copy of a birth certificate for her. She married my grandfather, Luke CAHILL in Knockbride, Cavan, and died on Dec. 5, 1938 in Bailieborough. Her father was Philip McGORRY who married Susan LYNCH (born about 1838, died 3/23/7) in Cullies. I have no dates on Philip McGORRY and believe his father was John MCGORRY. Susan McGORRY had a sister Mary and a brother John. Anything sound familiar? Jeanne, Mendham, NJ
