Dave Blair Hi Dave, I am trying to trace a Galligan family who left Co.Cavan in 1842 for Ontario, Canada, and possibly they were enumerated in the 1841 Census of Killeshandra parish. I Have adjusted the ages to 1841, as what I know, from the 1851 Census of Canada, is this: The father, first name unknown- but could be Thomas, as both sons named their first sons, Thomas. His wife - Anne, age 54 Son - Thomas, age 17 Son - John, age 15 Daughter - Anne, age 14 As you can appreciate, ages given in censuses are not always accurate, for example, the above John, stated in the 1901 census that he was 71 years old, and was born in Feb, 1830, so that would make him only 11 or 12 in 1841. Your help will be greatly appreciated, Dave. ***** Reply to the LIST ONLY - Please ***** ***** Thanks for your consideration ***** Pádraig Mór, An Sean Gabhar
