Hi Geri Saw your posting and although I'm not directly tracking Coogan, my interest is in Doogan/Duggan, the IGI has a William Millar and Catherine Coogan as parents of both James (1876)and Hugh Henry (1879). My gr grandparents William Millar and Catherine Doogan had a son who they named Hugh Henry in 1887, and of course I am trying to confirm or eliminate the first couple as being not related or a transcription error. Hello Ava, I do have a Catherine Coogan in the family, however she was born on May 6, 1871 so she couldn't be your Catherine. None of my other Coogan relatives have the names, William or Hugh Henry. Sorry I couldn't help you more. Geri -----
