I posted the obit of Mrs. Catherine Reilly - b. 4 May 1770 - Cootehill, County Cavan, Ireland ... died Media, PA 3 Oct 1874. Even though she died in Media, PA - her obit was published in the San Francisco (CA) Evening Bulletin. See: http://blog.genealogybank.com/2008/10/more-newspapers-added-to-genealogybank.html The obit also says that she came to America in 1840 - through the Port of Philadelphia - where she lived "for many years". It tells us that she had "seven children and twenty-four grandchildren" and that her aunt "recently died in Ireland at the age of one hundred and eight".
