    3. Pat - I think that we have been in touch before regarding Richmonds. Last summer I went to Ireland with my cousin and spent a month looking for Richmonds and Moores. Since then I haven't had much time to process the volumes of notes, but the unrelated Richmonds we found in Cavan were teachers. Did teaching run in either the Jackson or Hyland families? So what we did find for sure is that our Francis Richmond Jr (1806-1879) who married Susan Moore, was the son of Francis Richmond Sr (abt 1771 - 9 May 1854) and Jane Unknown. The Richmond graves in Belturbet were mass graves so didn't have any markings except for "RICHMOND". Francis's siblings were Jane (married Thomas Kellett), Alice, Alicia, and Barbara. Now, I am thinking, since we found very few Richmonds in our search, maybe your Jane and Elizabeth were Francis Sr's sisters. Do you have any information on the twins? Would you like to exchange information either on this list or directly? I will try to get going on my notes. My cousin will really appreciate this! The family emigrated with several other families in 1817 to Cavan Twp. Ontario. The Jacksons were likely born near Belcoo or Belturbet. Pat Smyth in Ontario
