Hi Karen, Both townlands Clontyduffy (Hart) and Clontyduffy (Nugent) are in the parish of Kilbride, county Cavan. They appear in Griffiths valuation circa 1855 with a complete list of residents, there are no Hart in that list - see http://griffiths.askaboutireland.ie/gv4/gv_place_search_form.php I suspect that there once was a family named HART who resided at or was the landord of Clontyduffy (Hart). Consider taking a look at the Tithe Applotment Books for the parish as they would list residents/landlords circa 1825.
