Hi, Kay: It varies widely from parish to parish. There are some that go back to 1818, but not many. To learn the years covered for any parish and where films can be found, go www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/browse/ and click on Roman Catholic parish maps, then on the parish itself, and you'll get a list. Thanks, Diane. I know that St. Michael's goes back to 1929. I've been there and actually have the microfilm on their "limited" early records.
