Filmed copies of the Belturbet/Annagh RC records are can be found at the National Library of Ireland and Cavan Heritage Center beginning in 1845. Too late for you. No Rushworth births/baptisms in Cavan in the LDS pilot site (which includes civil birth index) or in Irish Family History Foundation site. The only Rushworth listed in the Griffith's (1850s) is Thomas in Co. Galway, and the only Irish births in the IGI are two children to John and Hannah Rishworth, also in Galway, in the 1870s, so it doesn't look like Joseph and Catherine stayed in Cavan, perhaps not even in Ireland. There are no Conveys in the Griffith's index, but MacLysaght says Convey is a synonym for Conway, and there are several in Cavan, including a Thomas Conway in Annagh parish. It could be that Thomas was a brother of Catherine's. You might check Anglican records for Annagh/Belturbet. Since Joseph was English, they may have married in the Church of Ireland, even though they later raised their children Catholic. Diane
