You can search a county or surname with the parameter of place of birth as Co Fermanagh as one of the choices, as well as any of the Irish counties, including Cavan.. Please remember that this is done by volunteers and is in no way complete but it starts in 1861 UK and Scotland and goes to 1891. Once you find one matching person you can click on a link and obtain the whole household. Some years and counties are complete and others are just starting.
