Wow, that is so interesting! and thanks for sharing, I would never have thought to go looking for my Irish people in Scotland. And I should have, because I do remember Linda Merle, the listowner of the Scotch Irish list, telling us that that whole area of Ireland-sea-Scotland was a giant sea kingdom, and that people would travel back and forth as necessary to make a living, or as politics affected their lives.
