    3. Karen, just wanted to note that 1981 was a typo; should have read 1891 (CENSUS OF IRELAND FOR THE YEAR 1981). I used the internet archive to try to learn about eppi, but was unsuccessful! http://www.archive.org/web/web.php But using Google, eppi probably stands for "The Evidence for Policy and Practice Information". This is probably its current URL: http://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/ (I am finally reading 800 genealogy emails going back to March!)
