Richard Darcy of Rathnegeera, Carlow acknowledged to be Indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King in the Sum of £5. Oliver Rafter of Garryhill, Carlow acknowledged to be Indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King in the Sum of £5. The condition of the above is that the above bound John Darcy shall attend at the next General Sessions to be held at Carlow and answer such things as may then be alleged against him by Maurice Geehan, his Wife and Daughter then this recognizance to be Void and of no Effect otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue in Law.
