My ggg-grandmother's brother Michael Green married Ally Geehan/Gahan in 1823 in Catholic parish of Ballon. The residence was given as Castlemore (about 1 mile west of Tullow) and witnesses were Joseph Eustace & Patrick Geehan. The Ballon parish records have Bridget Gehin, Catherine Gehin, Mary Gehin and James Gehin as adult witnesses in the records in the 1780s and 1790s. There is also a child Hugh Gehin, of James Gehin and Catherine, baptized in 1794. If you are interested in any of these folks, let me know and I can send you the details of the records. ~Sue C.
