    3. Hi Mick Thanks very much for those. All of those entries are for the same family, William Bowles married to Anne Byrne and their children. Except one: James Bowels, Father William, Mother Eliza Smith, Castle Hill.Bapt. 17th July 1831.Sponsors; William Smith, Bridget Hogan. I'm pretty sure I asked you this before but I can't remember for sure now. Would Castle Hill be an area rather than a street? William lived on Dublin Road a long block behind the Court House. Almost to the Convent if that is still there. Would that area be called Castle Hill? This is probably the same William Bowles in a previous marriage (wife was Eliza Smith in 1831 but Anne Byrne from 1836 to 1845) but if Castle Hill would not refer to that stretch of Dublin Road then I can't be sure. He was on Dublin Road in 1835, 1837, 1844, 1851 and 1863. One William Bowles entry for 1841 gives his home as Quarries. Again is that a term for an area which would include his house on Dublin Road? One entry for 1837 gives William's home as Barnard's Lane. His house on Dublin Road was 6 houses from the corner of Barnard's Lane so I'm thinking they weren't too careful with what term they used for their home. Or maybe he moved all over the place in the same couple of blocks every year or two.
