Thomas Galway of Tullow Saith that in or about the Hour of Seven O'Clock on the night of Monday the 25th day of January A child was left in the public street outside of his house. He believes that it was abondoned by Hester McGill or by some person employed by her or instigated thereto by said Hester McGill, for the purpose of abondoning said child for said child to become a charge on the Parish. He further believes that Hester McGill has since absconded to avoid being arrested and brought to Justice for said offence. (signed) Thomas Galway.
