I am trying to trace a name that I found in an old scrapbook of my grandfather. There's only a name...no other information is given. I want to find out if this person really existed and, if so, what his relationship was to the family. The name is "Colin O.C. Quirke" It would have been around the late 1890s-early 1900s, I believe.
