I found that my LARGE great grandfather's sisters were first baptized in the Church of Ireland, then a month (for two of them) to three years later, were baptized again in the RC church. Their father was Protestant, the mother was RC. Family legend claims there was much bickering between the two families--so I am guessing the baptism records confirm the tale.
