Cathedral Baptismal Register transcriptions , that is a great job of transcribing by Alan McGrath and a fine presentation of the results by Michael Brennan. I advised Alan not to include the Sponsors, as I thought it would be too much work for him, but I can see that he has done so, this greatly enriches the content for researchers. This work is all the more important at present as the original Registers are no longer available for viewing by researchers. Thank you Alan and Michael and Also Thanks to Cara in Tasmania for typing up the Rathvilly registers. There may yet be some more copies of Registers uncovered in the PPP, if so, I know we will have a willing and obliging bunch of volunteers on this Carlow site, mick.
