    3. Deborah, My great-grandfather, Matthew JOYCE (b. 1807, s/o Patrick JOYCE and Nancy CLOVEN) married 1st in 1828 to Mary DALTON who died in 1847; married 2nd in 1848 to Mary FARRELL. They had two children in Ballyroughan, Borris Parish, County Carlow in 1849 and 1850, and then immigrated to USA in 1852. The next child was born in Rochester, NY in 1853. By 1854, the family had settled in Kewanee, Henry Co., IL where the 3 youngest children were born. Twenty years later, they moved to Maryville, Nodaway Co., MO where they lived until January 1899 when both Matthew and Mary died. Do you see any possible connections? Betty
