Do any of our Nolan descendants know who this Mike Nolan is? SS Commonwealth, Queenstown to Boston, May 1902; Joseph Aughney, age 35, single, farmer, Irish, last residence Roscat, destination Madison, Wisconsin; passage paid by self, previously in US (?6 yrs 1901?), going to Michael Nolan, 620 West Wash Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin; sponsor Uncle Mike Nolan. I think this Joseph Aughney is the son of Michael Aughney and Catherine McDonald, but I am trying to prove it yea or nay. Thanks for any help! Sue
Not a direct relation to my Nolan line I don't think. My last-known "Michael" ancestors passed by the late 19th century. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sue Clement To: irl-carlow@rootsweb.com Sent: Monday, May 10, 2010 9:54 AM Subject: [IRL-CARLOW] Nolan immigration to Do any of our Nolan descendants know who this Mike Nolan is?
