    3. Nobody ever seems to be looking for my Nowlan family.....Simon Nowlan and Margaret Donahue were married in Carlow, 15 Dec 1824.  All their children were born in US, first one Jeremiah, born PA, then John, PA, then Michael, born Ohio.....That's all I have.  No females that I know of....must have walked on water, as I never found HOW they got to United States. Both Simon and Margaret died in Kansas.. Thanks, Brenda

    3. Roger and other Nolan seekers: Regarding the Cummins below, for what it might be worth... I'd be interested in any info... Terence Cummins, d. 1767, wife unknown, had sons: Owen, b. abt 1756; Peter / Pierce, wife unknown, but his son Terence m. Alicia Nolan, daughter of ___ Nolan and Judith Cullen (aunt of Cardinal Cullen); Patrick, married Mary Nowlan; James; Terence; Thomas These brothers all lived in Monemore aka Burrinside, and were regulars in Court and before the Magistrates, quite a rowdy bunch. I haven't followed up on all the Nolan relations. Frankly I feel it is quite overwhelming! But there were several marriages on down through the generations with Nolans, besides these. ~ Sue -----Original Message----- Subject: Re: [IRL-CARLOW] Simon NOWLAN from Co.
