    3. Absolutely, Mick! In our family the Aughneys owned all the suits, and that's why the Cummins decided to marry into their family! Ha! Seriously, if you spend any time reading the parish registers, it is very easy to figure out who those people were who were always available to "stand in" - professionals they were almost. ( Sue Clement take note )..... plus the Witnesses / Sponsors usually got a good meal and a few drinks on the day for free ! ......
