They can not. You can sometimes find a transcription of an individual cemetery available from a used book seller. I was able to get ST. MULLINS ST. MICHAEL'S TOMBSTONE INSCRIPTIONS published by St. Mullins Muintir Na Tire 1988 this way, but it's just for that one cemetery. The Muintir Na Tire groups have contributed countless hours of volunteer effort to catalog different cemeteries, but as far as I know there's no overarching plan to tie everything into a common database. -- Bill
