Sharon Ordnance Survey Maps; There are no Historical maps online on the OS website. I think this is a case of misleading information from Mary Hanafin, Culture Minister, when she announced the release of new historical Ordnance Survey maps. You have to purchase these maps. There is a very good modern day map of Ireland on the OS website which gives extremely good detail.
