Sheweth: That memorialist having been professionally called upon by Two Magistrates of this county, attended an Inquest held upon view of the Body of a Female killed at Ballon on or about the 28th March last ~ Memorialist having opened and carefully examined the Body of said female has since been obliged to attend as a Witness at the assizes ~ Memorialist therefore prays your Worships may be pleased to grant him such compensation as you may deem meet ~ Andrew Nolan, Surgeon.
