Greetings Listers Would anyone know of a school in Belfast for the deaf about 1910 or later. I have a family member (born in 1905) that is recorded as being deaf and dumb on the 1911 census. He married in 1947 and his signature on the marriage certificate is excellent. For his signature to be so clear I have surmised that he must have had some schooling.
