Muriel have you checked out William Gibson's name on the death index for 1879? That way you would have the exact date. Brian may be able to help you on City Cemetery question I think it was started a bit before Milltown which is RC. Milltown was started about 1869. However there are other Protestant Cemeteries in Belfast.
