James emmigrated to Glasgow, Scotland and married Elizabeth McKenzie in 1872. I found an Elizabeth Mulholland who could fit the bill in the Griffiths Valuation leasing at "1-3 Norfolk St., Edenderry, Smithfield Ward, Shankill Antrim" in 1848. I found a Richard Webb in the same issue at "50 Norfolk St., Borough Belfast, Shankill, Antrim." I hope this helps and please keep in touch when you find anything further.
