    3. Thanks for your kind comments Ann. We might as well face it that the battle of personal privacy in a computer society is a battle that was lost years back. Government data banks especially health ones already have all that data with minimal controls on access from computer gurus. The census information has a least a bit more security as personal data is kept separate from the summative information that is released and personal information is retained for a sufficient number of years to get around personal security concerns. Even here a computer guru can probably walk through the data banks with impunity.
