John, The problem might be with a Java plugin that is not working. I suggest first off that you install Firefox if you do not already have it installed. http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/start/ It is simply the best browser around, and is more secure than Internet Explorer besides being faster. Also, when a plugin needs updating or installing, it is much easier to do so; you get an on-screen message with a link to the needed plugin. Andy Airriess
