Hi folks can anyone tell me if there is an official list of soldiers who fought in WW1 and where I could find it online seeking William Stevenson b 1875 d 1932 - was member of UVF at the western front thanks Sue fro Perth Western Australia
Sue Do a search for the Public Records Office in Kew England (National Achives). There are limited service records from the 1st World War due to bombing and a fire during the 2nd World war. There is a searchable database of the Medal Index Cards. I have had a look and there is 441 William Stevenson. Several of these William Stevenson have Irish connections.
