This Index to Church of Ireland diocesan marriage licenses is available through the LDS film library. There are 15 films available. They also say that licences were also issued to Catholics and other Protestants. I've recently read the film for Down & Dromore etc. It's number is 100867. The film for Armagh is 100859. Use one of these numbers to find the page with all the details.
