Belfast Listers: I had an interest as my grandfather, James VALENTINE was secretary of the Belfast Branch of this organization in 1911. I was hoping to find out where the old records of this United Kingdom Commercial Travellers Association, Belfast Branch might be housed today. Membership lists would be great as no less than three of my ancestors were commercial travellers. Some records are on deposit at the Modern Records Office, Warwick University, but not those of the Belfast Branch. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thank you Brian for the news reference for 1920. The organization, I believe lasted late into the 1970s so I am hoping someone may know where the records were deposited.
