I shall join in, Happy New Year and I am looking for McALLISTER in Ardoyne area in August 1899 when son Thomas (my grandfather) was born to Thomas and Jane née MURPHY (Jane was from Newry). Sadly not there 18 months later on census night 1901! Son Thomas was found down in a deaf boarding school in Dublin age 12-ish in the 1911 census and was in this school in 1908 with father Thomas marked as dead! Regards Michael McAllister
