    2. Hello Sue, The only way to search the 1901 census for Belfast is by ordering the film from your local LDS Family History Centre. That is apart from going to Ireland in person. Fortunately I have already searched the film that contains Snugville Street and so I can give you the film number that you need to order. The LDS film number is: 0804949. The PRONI film number is MIC/354/1/78 I hope this is of help to you. Good luck with your research. Kind Regards. Jean McCarthy nee Moore Staffordshire England

    3. Hi Al, thanks for responding. My grandfather married here in Toronto in 1911. I do not recall him being anti or pro union but he was a gold gilder and worked at the National Art Gallery however Iw as only 10 when he died. He did know many political folks and he was a Knights Templar and Karnak member (?). Jackie Al Valentine wrote: >Hello Jackie > >Just when did your grandfather John leave Ireland for Canada? 3. STEVENSON - Well, Sue, if you ever find a McKee/Rainey/Turkington connected to your Stevensons, write me a note. One of the old relatives in Ireland had written a letter to my family and I found it in my mom's things. In it they mentioned that along with all the other names I do know about, there was also a Stevenson. Big mystery....no one knows anything about this name. Was it a slip of the pen from an old lady, or what? I always look at Stevenson stuff ....just in case someone mentions any of my names. Thanks and good luck.
